A much requested video for you today – A Food Diary of what I ate to lose 12lbs in 6 weeks!
It’s all really easy and convienient but tasty food that anyone can make. I’m not a dietician or a super clean eater, I’m just a normal woman who loves her food but wants to be a bit healthier so there are a few treats thrown in too! Most meals be adapted or prepped in advance so you can take them into work too which is great, and the best part about my weight loss – I didn’t hate doing it! Notice the variety of food and the normal portion sizes? No restricting here girls.
For those wondering I’m 5″6 and started my journey this year at 11stone 2lbs. I use MyFitnessPal to keep track of my calories throughout the week and I do moderate exercise at the gym around 30mins-1 hour about 5 times in a week. According to my Fitbit to lose 2lbs a week with my BMI, weight and height I need around 1,200 calories a day and all I’ve done is made sure I kept to that – no rocket science required!
