It’s been 4 weeks since I started the Slimfast 321 Plan. But what are my final Slim Fast Results? And does Sim Fast Work?!

My slim fast results after 4 weeks of the 321 plan are amazing!

I feel so good in every single way and i’m a million times more motivated. Not just with my eating habits or exercise but with work too – it’s felt like a real achievement which has brought with it a lot pride for me.

I increased my workouts at the gym by over 900% during my time on the plan and I can now officially fit back into my comfy jeans comfortably again! I’ve been really good with my water intake too which has made me feel amazing. It’s incredible how good you feel when you’re properly hydrated!

My Final Stats:

Weight: 10stone 13.4lbs
Body Fat: 36.7%
Bust: 39″
Waist: 31″
Hips: 39″
Bum: 41″
Leg: 23.5″
Arm: 11.5″

That means we ended up with a final weight loss of 8.5lbs, 6inches and nearly 2.5% body fat too!

The Slimfast 321 plan isn’t for everyone, but it’s been amazing for me as a kick starter back into fitness. Following the plan has really helped me get out of that over-indulging cycle I was stuck in and start caring about my body again.

Will You Put Weight On After You Stop the Plan?

If you go back to over-eating when you come off the Slimfast plan, then you’re highly likely to put on weight again. But we’ve just spent 4 weeks eating at a 1,200-1,400 calorie deficit and learning what a good, healthy plate of food looks like each evening. If you use the knowledge you gained while being on Slimfast and the motivation you found to not over-eat, you can certainly keep the weight off!

Just be sensible and keep watching those calories, increasing slightly to maintain. You can even keep using one of the Slimfast meal replacements each day if you like to help keep you on track. Or try a free calorie counting app like MyFitnessPal to stay within your healthy limits.
