The Perfect Coat for Snowy Winters

I’m a fashion person when it comes to outerwear. I’ll be the one in the corner looking stylish but absolutely freezing my pants off because up until now, to me coats were just another layer, an extension of your outfit rather than practical outerwear!

That is, until I got my little puppy and had to spend a considerably larger amount of time outside in the cold winter winds! It’s time to upgrade to a coat that actually does a job…AND looks good in the process!

Introducing the Superdry Ashley Everest Parka at £124.99. This coat genuinely rivals my proper ski jacket that I got to keep me warm on my trip to the French Alps but actually looks stylish too! It’s long enough to cover your bum so no chills around the waist, it’s windproof, rainproof and has the cosiest hood in the world! I love it!

It also has loads of pocket space which is perfect for dog walks – plenty of places to stash treats, leads and those all-important poo bags! I usually rock mine with my Joules wellies and some muddy old skinny jeans so it doesn’t matter if Toby gets a bit excited and jumps up!

And with red being the ‘it’ colour right now for coats you really can’t go wrong! Even though it does come in black if you prefer not to stand out as much, personally I always fancy a bit of colour!

I’ve never owned a coat from Superdry before but I’m seriously impressed. I had no idea they made such good quality items and I reach for mine every time I head out on a big walk, with a dog or not! It even held up in all that snow we had last month too – It’s amazing!

Are you more of a practical or fashionable person when it comes to coats? Have you ever had anything from Superdry before? Would you rock the red?
