Last week i jetted off to Greece for a week of sun, sand and plenty of cocktails! We booked a stay at The Marmari Palace hotel, a 5* All Inclusive resort in Kos and it was absolutely wonderful.
When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with an amazing towel art display, a bed of real rose petals and champagne cooling in a bucket so we knew we were in for a real treat. In the morning we got up for breakfast and explored our new home. With 6 pools, each boasting a variety of waterfalls, Jacuzzi rock pools and in-water bars we were surrounded by luxury and were also just a stones throw away from a private stretch of beach with incredible sea views. The Marmari Palace Kos is such a beautiful resort and contained a myriad of little waterfalls and streams with luscious green grass and palm trees around the apartments making our evening strolls an absolute pleasure and the all inclusive food and drinks were to die for!
We spent the whole week sunbathing, reading and enjoying each other’s company and i couldn’t have asked for more. We were both in need of a break and spending it together in such a beautiful place was just perfect. Usually when i get to the last day of my holiday i’m sad it’s over but i’m looking forward to getting back and sleeping in my own bed again. This time i honestly could have stayed there for ever and i never wanted it to end. I’d definitely recommend the Marmari Palace if you’re looking for a luxury sunshine getaway with no stress and beautiful surroundings, the weather was glorious too hitting around 30oC every day even in September.
