There’s two things I love in my kitchen, jus roll puff pastry and Biscoff spread! This soft caramel biscuit spread is all the rage in people’s bakes right now, so I thought it needed a spot at the breakfast table too! And with a packet of ready roll pastry in your fridge you’re always able to whip up something yummy.

I’ve been baking a lot recently and my specialty seems to be cheats versions of great recipes! Anything that can be made with the smallest amount of effort but the maximum amount of taste – like my 3 minute apple crumble in a mug – get a vote in my book!

Adapted from Taming Twins Nutella recipe, these Biscoff pastries are so delicious and perfect with a cup of coffee at any time of the day!

You only need two ingredients and 20 minutes in the oven – who fancies a go?

How to make my cheats Biscoff Pastries!

Ingredients:

Jus Roll Puff Pastry
Biscoff Spread

  1. Take your puff pastry sheet out of the packaging and spread Biscoff over half of the pastry
  2. Fold the pastry in half (the plain side up and over the Biscoff side), to sandwich the spread in-between the layers of pastry
  3. Slice into strips and twist each strip into a long thin twist. As you twist, wrap the pastry round on itself to form a snail shell shape
  4. Brush with egg or milk and bake as per the pastry instructions (around 15-20minutes!)

Enjoy warm from the oven with your favourite cup of tea or coffee!
