Summer’s on it’s way and we’ll soon be swapping our pale foundations for darker ones and bringing out the bronzer! So i’ve rounded up my best bronze products for the new season to make sure you look like a goddess during the sunnier months starting at just £2.75!
Too Faced Chocolate Soleil Bronzer (£25) – This actually smells like a big bar of dairy milk chocolate, it’s amazing! In a big sturdy gold pan with giant (very useful mirror) this finely milled matte bronzer is a real winner for me. In two shades to match even the palest skintones it blends with ease and doesn’t budge – it’s one of my go to bronzers for contouring.
Bourjois Gold Bronzing Powder (£7.99) – From dairy milk to coconut suncream, this little beaut from Bourjois smells just like holiday! With a beautiful golden shimmer this blends really well over the parts of your face sun would hit to create a beautifully sun kissed glowy look. The cardboard packaging tends to get a little scruffy but it’s such a pretty product we’ll let Bourjois off for that one!
The Body Shop Honey Bronzer (£13)- This one’s fab for those with paler skin tones in shade 1, a really subtle bronze colour that blends effortlessly to leave the slightest hint of tan behind and it comes in 6 shades to suite everyone. This is a bronzer you can use all year round to shade your face and inject a little colour.
Benefit Hoola Bronzer (£23.50) – A real classic in the bronzing world, Benefit Hoola! I’ve got myself a personalised one that is absolutely adorable but beautiful brushes aside this is a really great product. Super compact and very finely milled it leaves a gorgeous colour behind on the cheeks – a bronzer everyone should own.
Barry M Afterglow Bronzer (£4) – A new one on the scene from Barry M and at just over £5 it’s an absolute bargain! A huge pan containing a very slightly shimmered bronzer coming in light and dark shades. I love the light version as a cheaper alternative to the Bodyshop Honeycomb pan. It doesn’t seem to last as long as others on the skin but it’s a really great lower budget product.
St Moriz Highlighter (£4.99) – As you can see, this is one of my favourites! Such a stunning bronze highlighter that is like the sun in a palette. It’s just gorgeous and leaves so much shimmer behind – you definitely need to try this one, it’s ever so beautiful.
Barry M Radiant Rod (£3.99) – One of two cream products in my picks, the Barry M Radiant Rod is a little tube of sunshine! Use it to draw bronze highlights on your cheeks, nose and arch of the eyebrow and create a beautiful glow. I really like the texture of this and again it’s fab price tag!
No7 Instant Radiance Bronzing Highlighter (£7.99) – Similar to the Barry M Radiant Rod the No7 Instant Radiance Bronzing Highlighter is wonderful for creating a summery shimmer. They also do this one in a beautiful rose colour for the paler months – it doesn’t budge and the big tube makes highlighting your cheeks a complete dream!
