Encapsulated Nails are everywhere. Suspended unicorn flakes, stickers, glitter and even flowers are a fab way to make your nails stand out from the crowd! So I’ve combined my easy to follow tutorial with a gorgeous Celestial Nails design – pink galaxy unicorn nails FOR THE WIN!
Starting with a rose quartz base, we use multi-coloured flakes and stickers to created this lovely layered look.

Encapsulated nails are all about suspending glitter or stickers in thick gel to give them that ‘floating’ look. They’re surrounded by thick gel to make them totally smooth and it adds instant dimension and layers to your design. It’s super easy to do but looks so effective and you can adapt it to any design or length of nail as well!
I’ve used a rose quartz base and suspended my unicorn flakes or shards into a builder gel on the top and bottom of the glitter. I then add my celestial nail art stickers on top along with some nail art foil and once again seal them in with a clear coat. This layered encapsulated look is what gives your design depth and a really professional finish.
You can make these celestial nails as simple or as busy as you like
