That’s an interesting way to look at it! I think my shorter hair makes me look older! You are allowed to donate if it’s dyed though, just not ‘crazy colours’ like blue or green 🙂 xax

When I was little, I almost always had a short to medium shoulder-length haircut (kind of like Dora, if I’m honest haha) and every time the hair dresser cut it 2-3 inches too short, I would cry because I hated it so much. I used to associate the length of my hair with maturity, but now I’ve realized sure, maybe longer hair does make me look older, but in the end it really is just hair to me. I’m so happy you were able to donate so much of your hair! Mine’s not virgin, so I’d have to wait a really long time before I did something like this 🙂
