I can’t go to the gym work out I’m physically not able to. But there are days when things go right or when I try something on & it fits – after 6 months flat on my back that’s a rarity, but my favourite dress still zips up!.-I feel better about myself & life in general.
I try to have something to look forward to. At the moment it’s going to the ballet on Sunday & losing myself in the story.
But you Amelia have come from rock bottom to the top of Everest & you should be so proud of yourself. The dark days are now fewer & will get easier to cope with. What you have done in the last September/October of last year is fantastic. You are a confident young woman, who doesn’t need someone to tell them they are great because you know it. That is something that I wish all women could at some point in their lives.

Sorry ended as a bit of a ramble but wanted to tell you how proud I feel of you even though I don’t really know you. Now it’s getting creepy so I’ll go back to my cuppa & crochet – new grand daughter due in the next 3-4 weeks – aim after ballet is to get to see her & have Nanna cuddles 🙂 Rambling again! Night
