It’s Flavrbox time, and not just any Flavrbox – it’s a festive one! Although not the official Christmas Flavrbox just yet, November’s Box* certainly has Christmassy influences…and i’m loving it! Let’s take a look at what’s inside:
Chocca Mocca Belgian Drinking Chocolate – Oh my goodness, 100% Belgian chocolate hot chocolate? Yes please. Sadly I can’t have the whipped cream on top these days but with a glug of creamy soy milk and some mini marshmallows thrown in, this is the perfect warming winter treat! It’s in a super smart handy tube too which is perfect for hiding at the back of the cupboard so no-one else can find it!
Flavour Magic Rosemary Rock Salt – Rosemary is a real Christmas herb for me sprinkled over the crisp roast potatoes or on top of the turkey, so this item is spot on for the festive season! I’ve passed it on to mum to use in our delayed Christmas dinner and i can’t wait to try it out.
Scrumshus Maple Syrup Granola – This is absolutely delicious! Dairy and Gluten free and covered in maple syrup this is one way to spruce up your festive breakfast when the turkey and selection boxes have left you feeling a little over-induldged. I’ve actually taken this into work for a bit of excitement on the last few office mornings – yes, I used the word excitement with a bowl of granola, rock and roll.
Gourmet Mulling Syrup – We had a bottle of this gorgeous syrup in last December’s box and i didn’t get a chance to use it properly which i was a bit gutted about so I made sure that this year I put it to full use! We got a big bottle of Dry Cider instead of Red Wine and mixed up our own Hot Spiced Mulled Cider! It was so easy to use and tasted amazing, I’d definitely buy another bottle – what a fab product!
Joe & Sephs Caramel and Peanut Butter Gourmet Popcorn – When I opened up this month’s box I’m not ashamed to say that I let out an audible ‘yesssss’ when I spotted the Joe & Seph’s logo poking out the side! We’ve had a bag of their Gourmet Popcorn in a box before (Salted Caramel) and it was a taste explosion! This month we’ve got Caramel and Peanut Butter (say whaaaat?!) and it’s even better than the last bag. If Santa was a to stick a couple these in my stocking I’d be one happy girl – especially because I’ve heard rumours of a mince pie flavoured bag. Yes, mince pie flavoured popcorn…you’re welcome.
I can’t wait to see what’s in store for us next month, i never get bored with my monthly food boxes – such a fabulous company and definitely one to try!
