Here we are, back at the start of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide! So many of you lovely lot left me wonderful messages, comments and tweets about my last Kayla Vlog that I decided to get off my bottom and start the guide again so I could show you a little more about what it’s like to be on the Kayla Itsines BBG with a busy lifestyle!
As before, there’s some ups, downs and all the in-betweens but I had such a great first week back on the guide it’s seriously inspired me to keep going – there really is something to be said for eating healthy and moving a little more even though i need to think more about my diet moving forward and make it a bit more varied. So hopefully this will give you a little insight into what the very first week of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide is like and inspire you to find your fitness again!
