					<description><![CDATA[I am so, so glad that what you&#039;re doing is working for you :) YAY for vitamins! I just wanted to point out, though, that fat is your friend. The right kind, that is. Saturated fats like butter and coconut oil are awesome, as are monounsaturated like Extra Virgin olive oil, avocado, and macademia. The improve satiety all the more and help keep your blood glucose nice and level ;) If you want more info on that I highly recommend checking out marksdailyapple.com 

I swear I&#039;m not affiliated with them in any way, but I&#039;ve cut grains and sugar, replaced them with fat, vegetables, and healthy sources of protein, the same credo of nutrition the website covers, and I have been feeling better than ever. Perhaps not something you would want to adopt fully (neither do I), but small changes can make a huge impact :)]]></description>
