Best Clay Masks For Acne, Face Masks For Acne Prone Skin

I’ve always struggled with my skin – from serious acne in my teens to regular breakouts and large pores now. Because of this Clay Masks are my go to when I’m looking to unwind and have a pamper at home. I know I’m not alone with my skin woes so I thought I’d put together my top 5 clay masks for acne prone skin to help anyone else out there who suffers too!

Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Charcoal Mask (£3.59)This one looks pretty scary when you slap it on because it’s jet black due to the charcoal! It feels a little chalky when you take it off but it gives a serious deep pore clean and the tea tree and witch hazel help to calm the skin too.

Good Things Five Minute Facial Face Mask (£3.99)This isn’t super strong or deep cleaning, think of it as a gentle clay mask, that also smells amazing! I really enjoy using this one for a relaxing mini pamper.

Clarisonic De-congesting Clay Mask (£19.80) – This is brilliant especially when used with a clarisonic but I also use it on it’s own. It’s a great clay mask that really does help to de-congest and shrink pores which is brilliant for me as I have large open pores on my cheeks.

LUSH Cosmetic Warrior (£6.75)One of my favourite clay masks that I’ve re-bought again and again. It’s calming and it leaves my skin feeling incredible even if it does look and smell a bit strange when on!

Merumaya Mud Marvels Mask (£19.50) – This is also a really great and easy to use mud mask that leaves your skin smooth and de-congested. It’s a dream to use and it’s a truly great classic clay mask.
