So many of you have been asking about what it’s like to be doing the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide i thought i would film a weekly vlog for you! I’m not super fit, i’m right back at the start of the guide after having some time off so i’m starting from scratch and finding it pretty tough.
So if you want to see how the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide fits in with a busy lifestyle – full time job, blog, youtube channel, boyfriend, dog, sporting hobbies, learning how to sew and hair that takes an hour to wash and dry – then sit back, relax and enjoy my honest and open week on the Kayla Guide!
*NOTE* I’m not following Kayla’s HELP guide (aka the food guide) page by page, I’ve taken ideas from the guide to find something that works for me (or maybe not as this week shows – we all start somewhere and this is a learning curve for me) – I also had a few naughty foods and a few glasses of wine which ISN’T recommended by Kayla….but hey, this is real life and I enjoy a glass of vino at the weekends to keep me sane!
I’ve also purposely not shown any of the exercises in this vlog as i don’t feel overly comfortable right now jumping up and down on camera with the extra weight i’ve put on…but i’m getting there. There are lots of fab fitness bods on instagram who show each exercise broken down if you’re interested in that 🙂
Hopefully this helps in some way for those of you out there thinking about starting the guide, or even those who are doing the guide and may be finding it a bit tough – let’s stay positive and carry on kicking some Kayla butt!
