.A different kind of salad dressing | Wasabi Mustard.

Another amazing find from my Flavrbox* this month is this jar of Wasabi Mustard*! It tastes like a mix between a mustard and a horseradish really, but you can certainly taste the wasabi. It could have been a bit hotter for me, but then again i love wasabi - so if you’re worried about it being too spicy, don’t, it won’t completely blow your head off!

I’ve been using it for my lunch every day to spice up my ham salad sandwiches and now Leigh has found another use - a Wasabi Mustard Salad Dressing!

How to:

3 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tbsp Cider Vinegar

1 tbsp Wasabi Mustard

1/2 tbsp Honey

Salt & Pepper

Mix ingredients together in a bowl and toss over fresh salad. (Adjust your measurements to taste). We added grilled chicken rolled in breadcrumbs, a few chopped olives and raw red onion…amazing!

I love this and i’d certainly buy another jar when we’ve used this one up. You can treat yourself to a subscription box from the Flavrbox website HERE, they’re such good fun and a great way to try out lots of interesting new foods!

Have you tried Wasabi Mustard before? How do you use it?
